Refunds and Cancellations

At Jadoo Guru, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing a subscription or any one-time use credits, you agree to this policy.

No Refunds

  1. Subscriptions: Once you sign up for a subscription, the fee for that term (month, quarter, year, etc.) is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription term.

  2. One-Time Purchases: Purchases of fixed one-time use credits or any one-time payment services are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the credits or services have been used.

Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@jadooguru.com. Cancellation will stop any future billing, but you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

  • Error in Billing: If there is a billing error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any mistake as soon as possible. However, this does not guarantee a refund.
